truck driver / labourer

Primary Duties

• Safely and efficiently operate blower truck systems to install mulch, topsoil, aggregates, and erosion control products to exact project specifications.

• Maneuver trucks into position and lay out heavy hoses across varied terrain while maintaining safe work zones.

• Ensure uniform material depth, clean application, and minimal waste on every job site.

• Perform daily pre-start inspections, routine equipment upkeep, hose flushing, and truck hygiene.

• Work hands-on alongside crew members on-site to assist with hose handling, site clean-up, and general labouring.

What You Need

• White Card (General Construction Induction)

• Valid Driver’s License: MR (Medium Rigid) or HR (Heavy Rigid) license is essential

• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling active, physical labouring duties (including dragging heavy hoses and working outdoors in all conditions)

• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a team-first attitude
