We are on the hunt for a sharp, dependable Transport Administrator to jump into the busy Glendenning office on the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm Monday-Friday). What You’ll Be Doing
Working directly alongside the Depot Manager and Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the engine keeping our operational paperwork and administration running clean:
- Handling linehaul paperwork and conducting thorough driver debriefs
- Managing local pick-up documentation and compliance checks
- Auditing Proof of Deliveries (PODs) against driver runsheets with precision
- Delivering top-tier customer service via phone and email
- Providing direct, hands-on administrative support to keep the shift moving seamlessly
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Previous experience within the transport/logistics industry is essential.
- You take pride in getting the paperwork right the first time.
- You are reliable and genuinely comfortable working an afternoon schedule.
- Clear, confident, and approachable over the phone and in person.
