Our client is a leading provider of industrial construction and maintenance services within the manufacturing, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors.
Due to a large Switchroom project being awarded we are looking for multiple Workshop Trade Assistants for a Newcastle based project.
What’s involved?
... - Installation of fire rated matierial and cladding
- Erection of Steelwork
- Flooring installation
- Tin sheeting
- Use of a hand and power tools
- Guiding and screwing
- Installing insulation
- Working as part of a team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Trade Assistant experience
- Experience in shed or building construction highly regarded
- Confident with a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Forklift / Working at heights preferred
- Great teamwork ability
What we can offer you
- $50 - $51 / hour casual rate
- Day shift Monday - Friday
- Some overtime available
