The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and dependable Plumbing Trade Assistant to join a dedicated facilities team supporting major hospital and healthcare infrastructure in Woolloongabba. Your Daily Responsibilities:
Assisting licensed plumbers with routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance tasks across hospital buildings.
Supporting works on hydraulic services, sanitary drainage, pipework, and water supply systems.
Managing materials, shifting tools and fittings safely, and setting up work zones.
Performing manual handling, site preparation, and post-job clean-ups.
Adhering strictly to hospital infection control, WHS, and cleanliness guidelines.
What You Need:
Proven experience as a Trade Assistant supporting plumbing or hydraulic services.
Construction Industry White Card.
Full Australian Working Rights (and willingness to complete standard healthcare background checks).
Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and physical fitness for active daily work.
