Are you looking to step into an exciting contract opportunity with a major state government initiative? We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a dynamic ICT team delivering critical system enhancements for a large-scale Appian workflow solution. In this role, you will play a key part in quality assurance, contributing to both manual and automated testing processes while helping elevate testing governance across the project ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate, manage, and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing activities, including functional, non-functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Contribute to the development of test strategies and help establish practices and processes to enhance testing governance across the ICT ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and issue resolution.
Work within automated testing frameworks and adopt industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve quality assurance processes.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
A minimum of 5 years of professional software or test development experience, including experience contributing to test governance frameworks.
Senior-level experience across all facets of testing, including regression, system, integration, and UAT.
Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive test cases utilising both manual and automated testing methods.
Significant senior-level testing experience working with tier-1 workflow platforms such as Appian.
Strong knowledge and hands-on proficiency with productivity and testing tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
