Your Role:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and specialist roles across multiple business units
Partner with hiring managers through to define selection processes and screening criterias.
Sourcing, advertisement management, candidate screening, and shortlisting.
Perform pre-employment reference checks and work in partnership with the HR team.
Collaborate with internal HR Advisors and Generalists to manage recruitment overflow during peak periods.
About You:
End-to end recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a consultative approach to advising hiring managers.
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple active talent pipelines.
