As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a well established blue collar business, you will be responsible for providing support to the TA team in a temporary capacity. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
In this role, you will be recruiting for locations all over Australia and use different creative recruitment strategies to find the right talent. You will be involved in different strategies linked to securing the best talent. You are responsible for liaising with hiring managers within the business to take the job brief and source candidates.
To be successful in this position you have a few years of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced blue collar environment. You are skilled in managing the expectations of senior stakeholders and have a passion for candidate management.
