The Role

We are seeking a physically fit, dependable, and motivated individual to join our fast-paced production team. The core of this role involves high-volume bagging—specifically, emptying silos into bags and packing products into smaller units. This is a highly physical, repetitive, and essential position within our operations.

Please Note: While our facility utilizes forklifts, this is a hands-on warehouse and production role first. If you are solely looking for a forklift driving position, this will not be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Silo Management: Safely monitoring and emptying silos into large commercial bags.

• Product Bagging: Accurately packing and sealing products into smaller units.

• Manual Handling: Consistent, heavy lifting and strategic moving of stock throughout the shift.

• General Upkeep: Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free production area.

What We Are Looking For

We value life experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously. This role is ideal for someone who prefers an active workday and thrives without constant supervision.

• Unmatched Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and show up ready to work every single day.

• You must be able to comfortably and safely lift up to 25kg repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Transport: You must possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (there is no public transport available in this area).

• Forklift License: High Risk Work Licence (LF) is highly desirable, though not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.

• Availability: Ready to commit to the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM roster, with flexibility for occasional Saturday overtime when business demands peak.
