The Role
Working across dynamic storage areas, you will play a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, operating forklifts, and helping the team meet daily dispatch goals.
Location: Hemmant, QLD
Pay Rate: $35.00+ per hour (Weekly pay)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Finish early on Fridays)
Status: Stable, ongoing hours (38+ hrs/week) with pathways to permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities
Forklift Driving: Safely operating LF forklifts to move palletized stock, stage goods, and replenish picking locations.
Inventory & Stock Counts: Helping keep stock accurate through simple cycle counts and recording updates digitally.
Order Fulfilment: Helping the team pick, pack, and prepare orders so they are ready for dispatch on time.
Cold Storage Exposure: Working across dry, cool room, and freezer areas (all cold room PPE provided!).
General Storework: Assisting with inward goods receiving and keeping the workspace clean and safe.
What We’re Looking For
LF Forklift Licence: A current LF licence with general forklift driving experience.
Stock Background: Experience with stocktaking, inventory, or storeperson duties is a great advantage.
Cold Store Readiness: Comfortable working in cool room and freezer spaces.
Great Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and happy to work as part of a supportive team.
