The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to be part of establishing our new Direk site.
This role offers consistent full-time hours on a casual basis, giving you steady work within a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, consolidate, pack, and prepare ambient, chilled, and frozen grocery lines for long-haul transport.
Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and site put-away.
Maintain rigorous housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient distribution environment.
Actively champion site Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols, reporting hazards and looking out for your team mates.
Assist with incoming inventory receipting and routine stock checks.
What We’re Looking For
Current High Risk Work Licence (LF – Forklift)
Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution centre (food, beverage, or FMCG environment is a strong plus).
A safety-first mindset and high personal standards for tidiness and cleanliness.
Reliable work ethic, strong punctuality, and pride in doing the job right.
Physical fitness suitable for fast-paced manual handling and picking tasks.
