About the Role A leading not-for-profit early childhood organisation is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join their team. This dynamic, field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with local councils, community groups, and diverse families to drive kindergarten enrolment targets and promote equitable access to quality education.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with families, parenting organisations, and community leaders.
Outreach & Access: Connect with underrepresented and vulnerable groups (including refugee and disadvantaged families) to lower barriers to enrolment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with local councils, service supervisors, and internal teams to align enrolment strategies with community needs.
Data & Systems: Utilize HubSpot to track engagement, manage enrolment data, and inform strategic reporting.
Target Achievement: Drive outreach initiatives to meet enrolment goals while maintaining a compassionate, ethical approach.
Key Requirements
Experience: Background in community engagement, outreach, or enrolments.
Cultural Sensitivity: Proven capability working with diverse and underprivileged communities.
Technical Skills: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, high autonomy, and clear communication.
Must-Haves: Current Driver’s Licence and a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to attain one).
