About the Role
Are you a proactive, highly organised Supervisor who thrives on keeping residential builds moving seamlessly?
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee and drive the success of multiple residential projects simultaneously. Ideally, you are based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, but you bring the flexibility and drive to travel across various locations as required to ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where your organisational skills and building expertise will directly impact our growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously supervise and coordinate multiple residential sites from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Site Leadership: Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring safety standards and quality control are strictly maintained.
Client Relations: Act as the primary, client-focused point of contact on-site, delivering exceptional communication and building strong, trusting relationships.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential site issues or delays and implement effective, efficient solutions on the fly.
Scheduling & Compliance: Maintain precise project schedules, structural integrity, and strict adherence to OH&S regulations.
What We Are Looking For
Location & Flexibility: Based in or near Melbourne's northern suburbs, with a valid driver’s license and a genuine willingness to travel to various project sites across Melbourne.
The Right Attitude: Highly proactive and self-motivated, you don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
Impeccable Organisation: A proven track record of managing multiple moving parts, schedules, and projects without breaking a sweat.
Client-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations professionally and empathetically.
Experience: Solid background in residential construction supervision, with a deep understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
