Site Administrator | Transport & Logistics Leader
Randstad is excited to be supporting our valued business partner, a market leader in transport and logistics solutions, to source an organised and detail-driven Site Administrator to join their facility based in North Maclean.
In this key position, you will serve as the sole administrator on site, acting as the operational anchor for the facility's day-to-day data management and site support functions. Working alongside a supportive, state-based manager, local team members, and interstate colleagues, this role offers an ideal balance of site-level autonomy and broad regional support. Commencing as a 3-month contract, this role offers a strong pathway for a high performer to secure ongoing long-term opportunities and career progression across the company's broader site network.
Key Responsibilities:
...Accurately enter driver run sheet details into core operational platforms.
Analyse operational data to ensure details align with customer KPIs and quoted costings.
Identify data discrepancies or anomalies, performing root-cause analysis in collaboration with teammates and management.
Export and format data using Microsoft Excel and upload records into central business systems.
Ensure accurate data flows through to client invoicing and driver pay processing.
Process driver time, attendance, and shift records within Kronos.
Verify supplier invoices against operational records and assist with accounts payable data entry.
Manage local site ordering for required goods, consumables, and operational supplies.
Provide general administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and site record keeping.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in operational administration, data entry, or logistics support.
Comfortable operating as the standalone administrator on site while maintaining clear communication with regional teams.
Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software.
Prior exposure to Kronos timekeeping or basic accounts payable administration is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Available for full-time on-site work in North Maclean with flexibility to work overtime as required.
