Key Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to nurses, care staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure full alignment and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
Oversee accreditation processes, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Deliver high-standard, person-centred care, with a strong focus on Dementia and Palliative Care
Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and electronic care management systems efficiently
Foster strong community connections and leverage local care networks to support service growth

About You
