An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic delivery team creating leading digital platforms for quoting, selling, and managing online services. In this role, you will champion a user-centred design approach to deliver exceptional digital experiences across responsive web and mobile applications. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into intuitive visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes.
What You Will Do:
Create key design assets, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, to guide development and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with delivery teams, Product Owners, and Business Analysts in an Agile environment to progress initiatives from concept through to development.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, such as interviews and surveys, to uncover pain points and validate concepts.
Maintain and evolve visual identities and design systems across multiple products to ensure a consistent digital customer journey.
Optimise site experiences using data insights, A/B testing, and site analysis while advocating for customer-led design principles across the business.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
5+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role across responsive web, online services, and mobile applications.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma, alongside experience leveraging AI tools and workflows.
Strong knowledge of design principles, accessibility standards, UI components, typography, and front-end development frameworks.
Proven track record in conducting end-to-end user research to inform and validate user-centred design solutions.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process sketches, user flows, and multi-device UI designs.
