About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving the optimisation of their recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This is a high-visibility, hands-on opportunity focused on bridging the gap between finance and technology, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, and embedding robust system processes.
- Take full ownership of the Business Central platform, ensuring financial data integrity, process automation, and maximum functional utility across the business.
- Identify and implement modern AI capability and automation within the ERP ecosystem to streamline reporting, forecasting, and operational finance workflows.
- Partner with key departmental leaders across finance, supply chain, and operations to translate business requirements into optimised system configuration and reporting dashboards.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and internal administrator for Business Central, driving continuous improvement and user adoption.
- Provide high-level analytical support, system-driven financial modelling, and process enhancement to support ongoing business growth.
Ideal Profile
- You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 5+ years demonstrated experience in systems accounting and finance leadership.
- Proven, hands-on experience navigating and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a keen interest or practical exposure in leveraging AI and modern automation tools to transform finance operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Commercially minded experienced systems professional or ambitious finance leader looking to make a lasting impact.
