Your New Role
As a Senior Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of a brand celebrated for its heritage in watchmaking and the first point of contact in store, providing your in depth product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience to customers, Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Providing excellent product knowledge on styles and engineering
- Promote the brand and product
- Maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Contribute to achieving individual and store targets to promote sales

About You
- Previous Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, Senior Retail Assistant, Shop Assistant or Client Advisor experience
- Passion for watches or fine jewellery a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive to meet and exceed KPI’s
