The Opportunity

You will be stepping into a 360-degree role with the ability to deliver both temporary and permanent recruitment projects. This business has a long history of providing specialised professionals to a full spectrum of civil and construction businesses across Australia. While you will inherit an established business, your focus will be on building new connections and fostering growth of the business across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cultivating Partnerships: Proactively discover and welcome new business opportunities across the Australian civil and construction landscape.

• Account Management: Manage and nurture existing preferred supplier agreements with tier-one civil and construction clients.

• Full 360 Recruitment: Source and place high-quality white-collar professionals (e.g., Engineers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, and Safety Professionals).

• Strategic Growth: Utilise your business development and sales acumen to map talent and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain precise tracking of all recruitment activities within our robust internal systems.

• Sector Appreciation: Experience in civil engineering or construction is a plus, though strong B2B experience and a passion for learning new industries is highly valued.

• Communication & Drive: A confident negotiator who can influence senior stakeholders and engage top-tier talent.
