Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a pivotal force in solving the HR Community's hiring challenges. You'll cultivate vital relationships with influential HR professionals (both candidates and clients), proactively expanding a thriving client base to drive our South Australia business's exciting growth. Some key objectives of this role include..

• Build solid relationships with the hr community with a focus on advisory and solution provision. A true 360 recruitment consultant.
• Support our existing requirements of both temp and perm working for a busy desk.

• Maintain and build a strong pipeline of HR candidates, supporting their application journey and through employment..
• Play the role of a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert in the recruitment of HR practitioners as a domain specialist.
• Be ambitious, driven and results oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals
• Be organized and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.
