The role
- Senior Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects
- You will have the personality and technical capabilities to grow into a construction manager role
- You will forecast and manage project budgets
- Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
- Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
- Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
- Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts
Experience/Qualifications Required
Demonstrated expertise in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment space, with a history of successful, end-to-end project delivery.
Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
