Senior Project Engineer - TFNSW Projects
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with previous experience working on large TFNSW Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and intersections to ensure they are safe and efficient for the public.

They specialise in Roads & Bridges, Concrete Structures, Tunnels, Rail, Communications, Electrical, Water and Traffic Management. They have been working directly for Transport NSW for the past 5 years, from remote areas to major urban projects.

Key Responsibilities:
... - Lead and manage the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and intersections
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of projects
- Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff and contractors
- Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Develop project specifications and design plans
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in road maintenance and intersection management
- Experience in civil engineering and construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting for projects
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer or similar role
