What You Will Do:

• Lead the design, scoping, and delivery of diagnostic reviews for complex operational and service delivery processes.

• Analyse operational performance and workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, waste, and root causes.

• Direct process mapping, workflow analysis, and quality assure key outputs, including prioritized improvement recommendations.

• Design and facilitate workshops and consultations with operational teams, subject matter experts, and executive leaders to validate findings.

• Prepare and present high-quality executive reports that translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable improvement roadmaps.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma (IASSC or equivalent) at Black Belt level or above.

• Demonstrated senior-level experience leading diagnostic reviews and process improvement initiatives in complex service delivery environments.

• High-level analytical, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills with advanced stakeholder negotiation capabilities.

• Strong background in applying process improvement methodologies within grants, claims, lending, case management, or high-volume assessment operations.

• Sound knowledge of governance, risk management, privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements.
