Seeking a flexible and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to a well established Engineering consultancy here in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a experience in business development and commissioning within the building services sector.

- Lead electrical design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations.
- Oversee commissioning activities to ensure the successful implementation and performance of electrical systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering within the building services industry.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong technical proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Experience with commissioning processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
