Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimise enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical code.
• Define and maintain data modelling, peer review, development, and release standards.
• Lead technical implementation activities from requirements analysis through to deployment and operational support.
• Develop and maintain SQL analytical and ETL code supporting enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Optimise and tune SQL code to improve performance and efficiency.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and

Essential skills:

• Experience developing and supporting enterprise data warehouse and data integration solutions.
• Expertise in SQL development, optimisation, tuning, and code review.
• Competency in at least two of the following technologies: MS SQL, Teradata, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
• High level programming capability including experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python, SAS, R, or Java.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply data models, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Experience working within DevOps environments and applying version control and software delivery practices.
