You will play a critical role in mapping processes, defining functional requirements, and producing high-quality artefacts to support upcoming procurement activities and supplier evaluations.

What You Will Do:

• Map current state and define future state business processes across multiple streams.
• Capture detailed functional, non-functional, and integration requirements for the new solution.
• Define transition requirements, including data cleansing, data migration, and role-based access models.
• Gather key reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate engaging workshops with business SMEs and technical teams to achieve approved, traceable documentation.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end business analysis on large-scale transformation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in current and future state process mapping and enterprise redesign.
• Strong background in producing high-quality requirements artefacts for major procurement activity and supplier evaluation.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Background in CRM system implementations, data migration planning, and CRUD matrix development.
