Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the administration of project contracts, including head contracts and subcontracts.

• Processing and tracking subcontractor progress claims, payments, and variations as Commercial Lead.

• Coordinating the issuance and tracking of project documentation such as EOT's, RFI's, and site instructions.

• Maintaining and organising accurate project documentation and contract records, ensuring all files are current and complete.

• Supporting the negotiation and resolution process for minor contract issues or disputes as directed.

• Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager & Project Engineer to ensure seamless contract flow and successful project delivery.

About You:

To be considered for the position, you will have

• Demonstrative experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry in Australia

• Multi Level Construction experience is essential

• Experience working with Tier 1 or 2 builders, working on builds larger than $200m

• An understanding of standard Australian construction contracts and legal frameworks.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Experience using Jobpac, Procore, Aconex, Bluebeam, 1Breadcrumb

• A positive mindset, keen to learn, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
