About the Role
In this critical engagement, you will take full ownership of the business readiness and implementation phase for a major ERP HR ecosystem rollout. The overarching strategic planning and technical framework are complete; your core mission is to steer deployment execution, resolve target operating model gaps, and ensure the business unit is fully prepared for go-live. You will operate as a confident practitioner capable of managing dependencies and bridging the gap when technical systems move faster than organizational readiness.
Drive pre-defined change management plans with a rigorous focus on deployment, execution, and final business readiness.
Actively upskill the core HR operations unit, ensuring teams possess the competence and confidence required for system adoption ahead of launch.
Identify operational gaps where system capabilities precede target operating model readiness, creating functional clarity for business-as-usual teams.
Partner closely with internal project resources, coordinating with dedicated communication and training specialists to deliver cohesive interventions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, respectfully raising program risks while proactively managing user resistance across matrix governance structures.
About You
A strong background in HR Operations combined with proven delivery across complex HRIS or ERP transformation environments (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Kronos).
Demonstrated ability navigating intricate public sector or enterprise environments with conflicting stakeholder priorities.
Strong background stepping into inflight projects where system build is advanced but the operating model requires driving alignment and adoption readiness.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to bridge project teams and operational BAU functions.
Prosci Certification or an equivalent structured change management methodology qualification is required.
