You will take ownership of the business readiness and implementation phase for a major ERP HR ecosystem rollout. Your core mission is to steer execution, manage risks constructively, and ensure the business unit is fully prepared for a smooth transition. You will operate as a strong, confident practitioner capable of managing dependencies between the project team and BAU functions.
About You
A proven background delivering change across complex HRIS or ERP transformation environments (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Kronos).
A demonstrable Record of stepping into inflight, challenging projects and immediately shifting into delivery and implementation.
Prior professional experience operating within an HR function before transitioning into organizational change management is highly desired.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to navigate matrix governance structures and drive alignment.
Prosci Certification or an equivalent structured change management methodology qualification is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pre-defined change management plans with a rigorous focus on deployment, execution, and final business readiness.
Actively upskill the core HR and operational functions, ensuring teams possess the competence and confidence required for system adoption.
Partner closely with internal project resources, coordinating with dedicated communication and training specialists to deliver cohesive interventions.
Act as a trusted, objective advisor to leadership, respectfully raising program risks while proactively managing resistance.
Formulate and track adoption metrics to ensure a seamless handover from project delivery to stable business-as-usual operations.
