Duties and Tasks:

• Translate complex business needs into clear and testable artefacts such as business requirements, functional specifications, user journeys and user stories, process maps, use cases, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and standardisation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project management plans, schedules, resource plans and status reporting.
• Provide ongoing management of project deliverables
• Work with staff to help uplift BA capability and assist with aligning work with team skills and experience.
