Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Run commercial and residential projects from start to finish, managing timelines and budgets
- Permitting & Compliance: Handle regulatory assessments, permits, and certificates against the NCC, Building Act, and Australian Standards
- Site Work & Advice: Get out on site, join design meetings, and offer practical technical guidance to clients
- Mentorship: Share your expertise and help bring along cadets and graduate surveyors
- Business Growth: Help build relationships and grow the company's footprint in southern Tasmania

To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Degree or similar in Building Surveying
- Current Tasmanian Building Surveyor Licence (Unlimited preferred, or Limited with solid commercial experience). If you don't have a TAS licence yet but can get one, we still want to hear from you
- 5+ years of experience in a building surveying role
- Good practical knowledge of the Tasmanian Building Act, NCC, Regulations, and local Codes of Practice
