Hands-on Trade / handyperson Experience: Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, minor repairs, and basic grounds care.
Safety & Detail Focused: Strong OHS awareness with an eye for identifying potential safety hazards in a high-foot-traffic environment.
Communication & Reliability: Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with school staff and trade contractors.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work autonomously and complete a weekly task checklist efficiently.
