The Role
Working at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will take complete ownership of the Salesforce product vision and backlog. You will lead discovery initiatives, partner closely with senior executive sponsors, and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to ship scalable, user centric platform features.

- Core Platform: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions
- Integration & Architecture: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Enterprise Access Controls, Advanced Flow Automation
- Delivery Ecosystem: Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Copado
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst managing enterprise Salesforce deliveries.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of negotiating priorities across complex government or corporate matrix environments.
- Hands on expertise writing actionable user stories, defining strict acceptance criteria, and managing end to end UAT.
- Deep functional knowledge of out of the box Salesforce capabilities to drive process simplification over customisation.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Admin, or CSPO are highly desirable.
