- Oversee and implement WHS management systems in line with NSW legislation and company policies.
- Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and SWMS reviews for major subcontractors.
- Manage high-risk construction activities, including crane operations, deep excavation, and edge protection.
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
- Foster a collaborative, positive safety culture among site personnel and contractors.
