About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented RTO Administrator to join an active team based in the Western Suburbs on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily student administration and ensuring accurate data management across RTO systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process student enrolments, applications, and Unique Student Identifier (USI) verification's.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment outcomes within the Student Management System (SMS).
- Generate and issue Statements of Attainment and formal qualifications in line with organisational templates.
- Assist with AVETMISS data validation, reporting, and file maintenance.
- Manage trainer and assessor documentation, including maintaining updated qualifications and currency records.
- Respond promptly to incoming student and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
What We Are Looking For
- RTO Experience: Proven experience working within an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with RTO Student Management Systems (e.g., VETtrak, aXcelerate, or JobReady).
- Strong Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage daily administrative workflows effectively.
