Trainee Repair Technician & Customer Support
- Location: Keysborough, VIC
- Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour + Super (Casual ongoing)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekend work!)
About the Role:
Are you tech-savvy, naturally curious about how gadgets work, and looking for your start in the technology space? We have an exciting ongoing opportunity based in Keysborough.
...Previous repair experience is NOT required—what matters most is a great attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training to handle customer service inquiries and perform device testing and repairs.
What You Will Do:
- Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English to provide updates on their warranty and non-warranty repairs.
- Explain assessment results and basic repair options clearly and professionally.
- Conduct functionality and safety testing on devices.
- Learn to perform repairs and certify that units are fully functional before return.
- Maintain clean, accurate repair logs and documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin
- Mindset: A genuine interest in electronics, gadgets, or technology.
- Detail-Oriented: Thorough, careful, and takes pride in neat, quality work.
- Customer Focus: Friendly, clear, and positive communication skills.
- Reliability: Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
