💰 Remuneration & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $48.67 to $60.55 per hour (plus applicable weekend penalty rates).
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time / Permanent.
Tax-Free Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 per year.

Delivering and overseeing high-quality, person-centred care that respects each resident's unique goals and preferences.
Providing clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective, and safe clinical practices.
Collaborating within a diverse, multi-disciplinary care team.
Participating actively in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
Valid Australian Working Rights and currently located onshore (Essential).
Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and strong resident advocacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure a premium resident experience and seamless teamwork.
Proven track record of clinical leadership, with the ability to coordinate care, make sound decisions independently, and provide clear direction to the team.
