- Salary: $110 000 - $125 000 + Vehicle
- Work rights: Must be in Australia with full work rights
- Skilled Trade qualified required but 3rd & 4th year apprentices are encouraged to apply

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to deliver high-quality preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault-finding on commercial equipment. Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdown repairs, and commissioning on commercial HVAC&R systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on company products and third-party equipment.
- Communicate clear repair recommendations and technical service reports directly to customers.
- Manage assigned service jobs efficiently while maintaining a modern service vehicle and testing equipment.
- Participate in the shared on-call roster to provide after-hours technical support.
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians while collaborating across internal teams.
Skills & experience
- Cert 3 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- ARCTIC Licence
- valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Proven hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing commercial HVAC&R systems.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, risk assessments (JSA), and safe refrigerant management.
- Police Check & Working with Children Check
- Desirable: Experience with chillers, BMS knowledge, or High Risk Work Licences.
