What are the hours and work model? You can finally say goodbye to weekend shifts! Our standard hours, Monday to Friday. We also offer a flexible, hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
What is the salary and compensation? We use a fair grading system, similar to a nursing award, to ensure a competitive base salary. On top of that, you will have the opportunity to earn significant commission and bonuses. This role is based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast and will require travel every 3-4 weeks for 2 days to visit clients across Queensland. All travel and accommodation is paid for. We visit our clients to build relationships and to understand where our nurse workforce will be working.
