Key responsibilities -
- Greeting customers and perform reception duties, including responding to phone calls and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- General administration
- Assist managers with booking in meetings and events
Ideally you will have -
- Exceptional customer service and phone manner is essential for this role
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or a customer service background highly regarded
- Excellent communicator
- Good computer skills
- Someone who is reliable and keen on developing new skills
