About the Company

We are partnering with a leading global data, analytics, and technology corporation to find an engaging and professional Receptionist / Junior Facilities Coordinator. Located in stunning, modern offices spanning two floors, this company offers a collaborative culture and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

This is a 5-month maternity leave cover starting in August/September, with the potential for extension. You will be the welcoming face of the office and the backbone of daily operations. You will receive full training and ongoing support as well as a handover from the current receptionist.

This is not a high-stress, overwhelming switchboard role. The office enjoys a manageable flow of visitors and phone traffic, allowing you to truly focus on quality service and get involved in exciting internal projects!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, candidates, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.

  • Manage a steady, low-volume phone line and transfer calls efficiently.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with morning interview schedules.

  • Take an active role in planning and coordinating upcoming internal office events over the next 5 months.

  • General facilities support to ensure the reception area and office floors remain presentable, tidy, and running smoothly.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Prior experience in corporate reception, hotel front desk, or concierge roles is highly desirable. However, if you have a strong customer service background and a fast-learning attitude, we want to hear from you!

  • Presentation: You take pride in a polished, professional, and corporate-ready appearance.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally engaging and sweet personality.

  • Visa Holders Welcome: We happily welcome Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders, provided you have at least 6 months remaining on your visa to ensure stability for the duration of the contract.
