What you will need to exceed
- Proven background in government, public policy, or social service delivery, with specialised knowledge in energy, housing, or welfare support.
- Hands-on experience overseeing third-party vendors and community partners to ensure deliverables align with contractual terms.
- Demonstrated success supporting multi-faceted programs (such as grants or subsidies) and tracking performance against established evaluation metrics.
- Skill in synthesising operational data to produce internal management reports, executive briefings, and public summaries.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining essential project assets, including detailed project plans, risk logs, task trackers, and delivery schedules.
- Capable of gathering both quantitative program metrics and qualitative user feedback to measure program impact and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active workstreams while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Strong ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable reporting for decision-makers.
