Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead civil projects in the NT ?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join with Australia's largest privately-owned civil contractor to deliver essential civil, road, and land development projects across the Northern Territory.

About your next roleIn this position, you will provide comprehensive management and technical support to ensure projects meet safety, environmental, design, and contractual standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of projects including residential/industrial subdivisions, water/sewer upgrades, local council road infrastructure, and Defence contracts.
- Effectively delivering programming, staging, and construction methodologies.
- Ensuring strict compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Managing team outputs across efficiency, profitability, and overall project operations.
- Leading monthly assessments, cost reporting, and forecasts of project financial performance.
- Developing subcontractor work packages and conducting comprehensive package reviews.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Driving a proactive culture to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (desirable)
- 10+ years of experience in the civil construction industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated Project Management role
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Proven experience in earthworks, drainage, community infrastructure, and road construction.
- A blend of project delivery and estimating experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and contract negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated capability in client engagement and stakeholder management.
- A collaborative management style with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate an outcome-focused team.
