This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility producing industrial concrete.
You'll play a hands-on role in the daily production process, responsible for loading raw ingredients into industrial mixers and palletising the finished output ready for distribution. Working a reliable Monday-to-Friday day shift (6:00 am – 3:00 pm) at a competitive $37/hr, this role offers stability on a fixed-term contract running through to January 2027. You'll join a hardworking team environment where safety and operational efficiency come first.

Safely operating and monitoring production machinery during the mixing process

Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area throughout the shift
Prior experience as a Production Worker, Process Worker, or Factory Labourer (concrete or heavy manufacturing experience preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, and manual labour
Punctual, reliable, and able to consistently commit to a 6:00 am start
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety guidelines
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
