Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated, multi-skilled Production Machine Operators / Forklift Drivers to join a premier building products manufacturing facility based in Coopers Plains. This dynamic role combines machine operation with hands-on forklift driving across a full rotational shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting high-speed continuous manufacturing machinery Operating LF Forklifts to feed raw materials onto production lines and clear finished stock

• Staging, loading, and unloading heavy or oversized building materials across the yard and plant

• Conducting quality assurance checks on raw materials and finished products

• Performing basic mechanical troubleshooting, line clearances, and routine equipment maintenance

• Adhering strictly to site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and zero-harm protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Licence: Current High Risk Work License (LF Class) is essential

• Flexibility: Full availability to work a rotational shift pattern across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts

• Experience: Proven track record in machine operation and forklift driving within manufacturing, heavy industry, or warehouse environments

• Aptitude: Strong mechanical awareness with high attention to quality and detail

• Safety Focus: A proactive attitude toward workplace safety and hazard reporting
