What You’ll Be Doing
You won't just be doing basic tasks; you'll be mastering the art and science of paint production. Your day-to-day will involve:
Production Support: Assisting with the setup, operation, and monitoring of advanced manufacturing equipment and mixing stations.
Quality Control: Keeping a sharp eye out to identify, troubleshoot, and report any product or batch hitches on the fly.
Precision Prep & Maintenance: Utilizing both hand and power tools to assist with equipment adjustments, cleaning, and line changeovers.
Safety First: Maintaining a spotless, efficient, and hazard-free workspace in line with strict safety standards.
What You Bring to the Team
The Experience: A proven background in general production, assembly lines, or warehouse environments. If you have basic factory experience, we are happy to upskill the right person!
The Eye: High attention to detail. Color matching and chemical production require absolute precision.
The Skills: Ability to confidently read, understand, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch instructions.
The Toolkit: Comfortably and safely operating various hand and power tools.
The Bonus: A current Forklift License (LF) is highly regarded but not essential.
