We are seeking a versatile procurement professional who bridges the gap between commercial strategy and systems optimisation.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive procurement delivery while ensuring the platforms that support the function run smoothly. You will lead sourcing initiatives and cost savings, while simultaneously taking ownership of process improvement.
About the Role
As the central point for both procurement execution and operational support, you will focus on balancing practical business needs with robust day to day processes. You will guide sourcing activities and negotiate with suppliers, while ensuring procurement platforms are optimised to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and generate reliable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and deliver cost savings, contract improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, market analysis, and supplier negotiations.
Manage the day-to-day functional support, testing, and continuous improvement of procurement systems.
Oversee procurement master data, including supplier catalogs and pricing files, to ensure accuracy.
Provide clear reporting and analytics to track spend, compliance, and functional performance.
About You
You will bring:
A solid background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial management.
Hands-on experience working with, supporting, or optimising enterprise procurement platforms (ERPs).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to identify commercial opportunities and resolve process bottlenecks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage operational users, technical support, and senior stakeholders alike.
