Process Workers | Bottling & Packaging Operations
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr (inc. casual loading, shift penalties & allowances)
Location: Glossop, SA
Shifts: Day, Afternoon & Night (Rotating Roster)
Join a dynamic team in Glossop keeping high-speed production lines running at peak performance. We are hiring multiple casual Process Workers to drive efficient bottling, packaging, and warehouse operations across a variety of shifts.
What You'll Be Doing
...Drive Line Operations: Monitor and run high-speed bottling and packaging machinery, rapidly troubleshooting minor jams or snags to maintain momentum.
Master the Line: Prep raw materials, then pack, label, and palletise finished products with speed and accuracy.
Uphold Top Quality: Conduct rigorous quality checks—including monitoring seal integrity and identifying cask defects—to ensure every item meets high standards.
Maintain Standards: Keep your workspace clean, organised, and strictly compliant with food safety, quality, and workplace safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Background: Experience in fast-paced production, manufacturing, or warehousing, with the physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle manual duties.
Strengths: Sharp eye for detail, reliable punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
Team Spirit: Ability to work autonomously or seamlessly adapt within a collaborative team setting.
Bonus: A valid Forklift licence and driving experience is highly desirable.
