Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager who can lead the PMO function for a complex portfolio of business led projects in accordance with the Department's Project Management Framework, business goals and objects, controlling governance arrangements, in consultation with business and ICT.

Responsibilities:

Oversees the logistical aspects for all Program Boards
Assures final QA of all program Board materials and where incomplete or not to the desired standard escalates with proposed resolution.
Ensures all materials are provided to all program board members by required SLAs
Tracks status of actions end escalates unresolved items with the chair 24 – 48 hour before the Boards
