We are recruiting for two separate roles for a national leader in waste and recycling, ensuring efficient operation and cleanliness at their transfer stations.
As a Front End Loader Operator, you will be crucial to the daily flow of the transfer station, managing bulk materials and ensuring high standards of site cleanliness and customer service.
As a Yard Hand you will communicate with the team via radio, direct traffic, tidy and yard and provide excellent customer service. Bonus if you also have a Forklift ticket.

show moreAs a Front End Loader Operator, you will be crucial to the daily flow of the transfer station, managing bulk materials and ensuring high standards of site cleanliness and customer service.
As a Yard Hand you will communicate with the team via radio, direct traffic, tidy and yard and provide excellent customer service. Bonus if you also have a Forklift ticket.
Locations & Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- Based in Seven Hills
- Shifts between 7am and 6pm depending on requirements of the site.
- Labourer rate: $41.71
- Plant Operator Rate: $43.86
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage, move, tidy and blend waste materials within the stockpile areas.
- Load and unload trucks and client vehicles as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all areas.
- Interact professionally with the team, drivers and clients dropping off waste, providing clear direction.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures and operational protocols. An induction will be performed on your first day and VOC of all Plant operators on site.
- Proven experience operating a Front End Loader in a stock pile, bulk materials or waste environment is highly preferred.
- Current, Front End Loader Licence/Ticket,
- Excavator (ideal)
- Commitment to a strong safety-first culture.
- Team player and self starter.
- Reliability and punctuality for early starts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
