You’ll be out and about styling our dreamiest retail spots, ensuring every window and showcase looks absolute perfection. If you love the buzz of retail, working on the move, and high-end design, this is your dream role!
What you'll be doingReporting to our lovely VM Manager, you’ll take ownership of our visual vibe across Melbourne:
- Style: Build and execute stunning window displays and in-store setups.
- On the Move: Travel around Melbourne’s best retail spots to keep our spaces looking flawless.
- Share the Love: Chat with and inspire in-store teams on how to tell our brand stories.
- Drive Results: Use your creative eye to turn heads and boost sales through incredible presentation.
- The Package: $70k–$85k base + super!
- Work/Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. Keep your weekends totally free!
- The Vibe: High autonomy, endless support, and a team that celebrates your creative spirit.
You’re stylish, self-motivated, and obsessed with detail when it comes to visual storytelling.
- Your Vibe: VM experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury retail.
- Curious Mind: Excited to learn the stories and details behind high-end technical products.
- People Person: Super warm, confident, and natural at connecting with store teams.
- Self-Starter: You love managing your own day and cruising around town.
- The Essentials: Full Australian Driver’s License. A VM qualification is a nice bonus, but your passion and eye for style matter most!
